Advanced Moisture System:

Version 1.3.2.0

This is a plug-in for the Advanced Addon Pack. Currently, it adds a moisture element to the game which is used for crop drying. Crops, once harvested can be dried at any silo that is either configured as a storage dryer or has the ability to hold dryable fill types.

This system can be configured by adding a configuration xml to your mod map (sdk to come later). It does not require configuration to use, however. Unconfigured maps will register all crops to a harvest moisture range of 10 - 30 percent. Yield and price loss can occur if harvesting/selling crops that are too wet.

Moisture can be determined by simply walking through a harvest ready field or inside of vehicles/storages. 

Storage fill types that are too wet for too long will result in some storage loss. This loss is higher the higher the stored moisture. This can be adjusted by configuring placeables to be more "efficient", configured inside of a map, or by using the in game settings to adjust (or disable) the storage decay rate globally.

Menu can be accessed in game by pressing right shift + 0 (default).

How can you put different crops into the bins that still have the previous crops mositure still with the bin without replacing the bins entirely and this is the version before the current?

Hello, this is the current version for 22. As far as moisture goes, each fill type should have it's own saved moisture value per bin. If a placeable has a configuration or uses state control, then how that works is in the hands of whoever set up the placeable.

If you are not able to add more fillTypes to a bin, that's because the bin was set up that way in the placeable.xml file. The moisture system alone should only track each fill type's moisture value, not what can go where.

Do I have to  set anything up in order to use this mod?

ThundR, question I cannot get into the menu. When I press Right Shft+0 it just toggles the moisture HUD on the right hand side on and off. Any ideas? 

Check your keybinds and version. Earlier versions did not have the menu.

Ce superbe script est il compatible avec le terraLife ? car avec le terraLife l'humidité est toujours à 10 et je ne peux plus voir ce qu'il y a dans la benne ou autre .

Malheureusement non, TerraLife est une réécriture complète de nombreuses mécaniques de jeu fondamentales. Il est vraiment destiné à être utilisé seul ou avec les mods qu'ils autorisent. J'ai les mains liées sur ce point

when i put in this mod in my game it dosent past 85% done intel i can play i have to shut down my game and restart it but now add it to my game so am i missing something/ mods or what do i need to do to make it work

Look at your game log and see if you have a harvest mission error or anything at the bottom.

is there a particular dryer that works with this?  all I see are corn dryers

Thundr, could you show an example XML file so we could set up our own moistures?  for now, does it mean that all crops are optimum @ 20%?

I have a few more things I'm working on updating. Once those are done and I have the config pretty set in stone, I'll include some basic instructions.

The defaults right now are min moisture (10%) is optimum. It was done that way for now to provide simple, easy functionality without requiring a config.

Hi, ich habe nach wie vor das Problem das wenn mein Getreide getrocknet ist (hat im trockner 12%) und ich das in einen Anhänger lade es automatisch wieder 20% Feuchtigkeit hat. muss ich da in die map irgendwas eintragen oder weist du zufällig an was das liegt?

Dies ist ein bekanntes Problem und wird im nächsten Update behoben.

Is it possible to add components from the Farma 400 Storage Dryer (Advanced Addon) XML to a Slio map, or does it require other components to function? 

it just needs a trigger really but it will use the default info trigger if there isn't one in the i3d. The rest is all xml config that should work as a map embedded placeable as well

I'll take a look. I had to make a lot of changes right at the end there to make it work with MaizePlus, and I'm not sure I re-checked all the save/load code after I did. It had been working right along, so it slipped my mind.

So just tried out the update and I'm still having the same issue

Did you re download just this mod or advanced addon as well? Any errors or warnings in your log? Single player or multiplayer or both? 

I did redownload everything and I'm in singleplayer and haven't seen anything abnormal in my log

Im having the same issue

For me, when reloading a savegame, all crops in trailer etc. are reset to 20% moisture.
